Answer: No, we’re “our clients man”. We negotiate with your current vendors on your behalf. Our loyalty is to our clients and their business, not the telecommunications industry.

Question: What if I’m under contract with my existing vendors?
Answer: We still provide on-going audits and tele-management services—that is what makes us unique.

Question: What type of businesses does Co-Kno work with?
Answer: With small and large businesses, one or mulitple locations. We base our decisions on the amount of money we can save a company.

Question: What if a Co-Kno analyst can’t save my company money?
Answer: Then we’ll validiate your cost and answer questions as needed.

Question: I need a phone system can Co-kno assist?
Answer: Yes – We will compile a needs analysis, by business priority, draft a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicit quotes and assist with selecting a phone system - Our first objective, to produce savings by auditing your telecom vendor invoices and producing savings that pay for the phone system.
